I specialize in Fort Collins, Loveland, Wellington, Windsor, Timnath and Berthoud, an area of Colorado that we call “The Front Range” and which I feel blessed to call my home. Whether you are local or moving from out of state, I love sharing my enthusiasm for all this region has to offer.
Qualifications
In an effort to continually provide top service to my clients, I obtained several National Designations.
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation places me in a category of less than 5% of REALTORS nationwide. CRS enables me to bring specific skills and knowledge to your real estate transaction.
My ABR designation means that I am an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, and I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to focus on the buying end of the transaction.
As one of the first 640 agents nationwide who has earned the GREEN designation, through the National Association of Realtors, I focus on helping clients balance people, planets and prosperity.According to a study conducted by NAR in 2007, 92% of all buyers say that being green is important to them when buying a house or living in a home. In November 2008, NAR adopted the Realtors Focus on Climate Change Policy. My Green designation provides me with a wealth of resources to help buyers, sellers and re-modelers.
Community Volunteer
Being an active part of my community is vital to my personal well-being. I am proud to be a Charter Member of Women Give, an arm of United Way which funds daycare for single moms attending college.
I am a 17-year Kiwanian, and a member of the Fort Collins Kiwanis Eye Openers Club. "Young Children - Priority One" is our motto.
I am the 2010/2012 President of the Fort Collins Service League, which was established in 1974, to support Foothills Gateway, a non-profit organization that supports Larimer County children and young adults with cognitive disabilities.
